Refund policy

We want you to be happy with LoopForge Studio. Try it free for 14 days before you buy, and if you still aren’t satisfied after buying, we will refund you.

7 days, no fuss

If you ask within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the full price. Each customer can be refunded once. You do not need to give a reason, although we would love to hear what didn’t work.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your license ID (it is in your license email). We will confirm by email.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can take several business days to appear.
• The license is withdrawn. LoopForge Studio checks for withdrawn licenses whenever the PC is online, and a refunded key stops working then. You agree to stop using the software with that key.
• If something is wrong with the software, tell us first. We would rather fix it, but a refund is always your choice within the 7 days.
