Terms of use

These terms apply when you install or use LoopForge Studio (“the software”) or buy a license. By installing, using or buying, you agree to them. They are provided by LoopForge (“we”).

Your license

• When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, for one user: the person the license key is registered to. You may install it on your own computers.
• You may use the software for personal and commercial work.
• You may not share, sell, publish or give away your license key, or use the software in a way that avoids or removes the license check.
• You may not copy, redistribute, rent, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software, except where the law says you may despite this clause.

The free trial

Before you buy, the software runs for 14 days with every feature. Exports made during the trial carry a small “Made with LoopForge Studio · Trial” mark, and exporting stops when the trial ends. Entering a license key removes the mark and the limit.

Your videos

You keep all rights to your own videos and to the files you export. We claim no ownership of them and never receive them. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos you edit.

Updates

We may release updates, fixes and new versions. We will say clearly, when a new major version is released, whether it is a free update or a paid upgrade.

Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include or be subject to tax depending on where you are. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

No warranty

We work hard to make the software reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Always keep copies of your original videos.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Ending the license

You can stop using the software at any time. We may end a license, without refund, if these terms are seriously broken, for example if a key is shared publicly. A license is also withdrawn when it is refunded.
